- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I sat in the drive thru at the window for over 15 minutes waiting on someone to even acknowledge I existed.I blew the horn 2 different times and on the 2nd time I blew it longer & someone finally turned around and came over to the window.No apology until I complained that I had been sitting there over 15 minutes without being acknowledged & she said she was so sorry but they had a backlog in the lobby.I guess she doesnt realize I could see in the lobby from the drive thru window and there was 1 man at the counter the entire time.Totally unacceptable service.By donna dotti, August 01, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been a member of GHFCU since 1979. I have ALWAYS received about average service. Because the main branch that I have always used is inconveient to my Effingham residence, I was extremely excited to see a New Pooler Location. Since the opening of this branch in late 2012, I have used its services on several occassions. I have always been greeted in courteous manner, with fast reliable service.
